Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.
Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with other payment types including credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks will be processed immediately.
Order Confirmation
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.

The reason we are able to offer such good prices is because we are able to buy these products in large quantities and also our good credit relationships with suppliers and manufacturers allow us to get products at best prices and pass the savings to our customers. Selling through virtual store allows us to keep our additional expenses low and provide maximum savings to our customers.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please call us at (800) 910-4331. Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. In case if we have already packed the order or shipped, restocking and shipping fee will be charged. Please see our return policy for details.
Sales Tax
One of the best things about buying through PerfumeHug.com is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with one notable exception: orders shipping to destinations in the New Jersey will be subject to a 7% sales tax.
Using Promotional Codes
When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. (Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.)
SHIPPING DETAILS:
PerfumeHug.com mostly uses UPS for all the deliveries. Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and other countries will be applied extra charges. If more than one item is being purchased, PerfumeHug.com may charge $1.99 additional shipping for each extra item. Orders are delivered only during the weekdays. We do not ship to PO boxes. Most orders are ready for UPS pickup by following business day. In unusal rare circumstances when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until our sales representative has contacted you to amend the order.
RETURN POLICIES:
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (missing items, wrong items, etc.) must be send to our Sales Department within three (3) business days after delivery. You must notify us in writing through mail or call us immediately. You should keep the packaging and the items involved in the claim with you including any broken pieces etc. We will not be able to provide refunds for claims made after three (3) business days of delivery.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition with free gifts (if any) within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges plus the shipping charges even if you had free shipping as that is a direct cost to us. Please note that a valid return authorization is required so please call us or send us an email before sending your items. We will give you a return authorization code. All returns will be charged for the shipping charges including free shipping orders. While sending the merchandize, please provide us your complete contact information used while placing order, order/invoice number, return authorization code and your comments.
